Most Coating companies make there products so they just barely work coupled with walking a fine line of cost effectiveness. Usually more then most time the factor of greed and cost effectiveness wins out and the general consumer is left out to fry.
My person experience with a large coatings company like NAPCO ltd. They only care about profit and sales. I personally know of another refinisher that had to do 60 tubs over again because NAPCO ltd product failed.
Did they do anything to make it right with that client???
Nope, they hung him out to dry just like me. Thank god we as professional refinishers have more integrity then them!!! Our customers always receive top notch services no matter what, they had a true reliable system installed on there tub and if that fails in the future we will be there to back them regardless if our suppliers fail us.
That's the trade mark of a true journey-man with real integrity!!!
